He made sure to explain each step along the way, paying attention to every little detail, like cleaning up metal shavings to keep the area safe for bare feet. When it came to the condensation drain, he even took the time to fix the connection to my hot water heater, making everything look even nicer. Just a heads up, he didn't actually install the water heater itself. After they finished, my home was left sparkling clean, and my cooling system is now working better than ever.
